Project Goal
Repair concrete base & protect from 98% sulfuric acid

The condition of the surface was very bad prior to repair due to the extreme chemical attack of Sulfuric Acid.
Our works included jet washing the area as well as sanding it down to reach solid concrete free from dirt and loose materials.
For rebuilding the surface we used ENECRETE DuraQuartz by ENECON USA. Then we applied one layer of CHEMCLAD P4C as a primer and topped it off with CHEMCLAD XC (two coats). This high performance polymer composite is resistant to the most aggressive chemicals, including Sulfuric Acid 98%.
