Sewage Impeller

Another sewage’s impeller suffered from erosion/corrosion damages.

Client needed to repair and exceed impeller’s life to maximum so he referred to us.

We use ENECON’s CeramAlloy systems for both repair and protection.

METALCLAD CeramAlloy CL+AC is a two component, 100% solids, liquid polymer composite used for repairing, resurfacing and coating both damaged and new components to provide outstanding fluid flow erosion and corrosion resistance.

METALCLAD CeramAlloy CP+ is a two component, 100% solids, high-performance polymer composite specifically formulated to provide effective repair and rebuilding characteristics on all types of fluid flow equipment.
