Client a large sewage plant operation in Cyprus, trusted their new metallic covers to be protected with our CHEMCLAD SC. These covers were used to protect cementious tanks full of 2nd stage biological waste. From their experience, should these covers remained unprotected, then the metal would get so much deteriorated that not only appearance but mostly safety issues for the employees working and passing over them, would evolve here.
After grit blasting, we applied two layers by brush of ENECON’s CHEMCLAD SC. Finally, we applied grit for permanent anti-slip as per the clients request.
Engineer in charge was so satisfied that they asked us to coat and protect all similar covers in the plant.
