There was a leak in this pipe of a Sewage Plant in Cyprus. Client trusted ENECON’s Advanced Polymer Systems to repair and protect it.
We used ENECON’s CeramAlloy CP + AC for repair and CeramAlloy CL + AC for protection. METALCLAD CeramAlloy CP+ is a two component, 100% solids, high-performance polymer composite specifically formulated to provide effective repair and rebuilding characteristics on all types of fluid flow equipment. It is easily applied and when cured, CP+ becomes a metal-hard, ceramic-like compound.
METALCLAD CeramAlloy CL+AC is a 100% solids, two component, liquid polymer composite used for repairing, resurfacing and coating components to provide outstanding fluid flow erosion and corrosion resistance.
When mixed, is a viscous liquid. CL+AC cures to a hard, ceramic-like material with an extremely smooth surface finish.
