Pump station pipe leak

This pipe of a pump station had a leak. Our client asked as to repair the pipe, stop the leak and protect it so future leakage will be avoided.

We used ENECON’s SpeedAlloy to stop the leakage, CeramAlloy CL+AC for protection. METALCLAD SpeedAlloy is a quick curing, 100% solids, polymeric ‘leak stopper’ used for making fast, effective repairs to equipment which must be returned to service almost immediately.

It has a paste consistency when first mixed then transforms into a metal-hard composite in just minutes.
