Brewing process requires that all components work perfectly. Our client asked us to suggest firstly a product to build all damaged edges for these valves and also a coating to protect from corrosion and in the same time with an approval to be use in potable water applications.
We used ENECON’s CeramAlloy CP+AC a two component paste material for repair and CHEMCLAD SC a two component polymer coating for maximum protection. Product has approval by NSF for its use in potable water applications
This cold mix & apply repair was a life saver for this client that any other method would fail due to the details around the edges. A truly REPAIR DON’T REPLACE.
