This is the second set of brewery valves this client has entrusted us.
Upon receiving this set of valves, we arranged them to be grit blasted achieving a white metal finish.
Rebuilding was achieved using our fast setting polymer paste material, DurAlloy.
After grinding and sanding to perfection so that two faces touch perfectly, we applied our NSF approved polymer composite, CHEMCLAD SC.
Client was able to save downtime and money from possible replacement costs.
