Valves in Cyprus Airport were damaged and needed rebuilt. ENECON’s coatings rebuilt and protected those valves for protection and extend the life to maximum.
After abrasive blasting, our team used CeramAlloy CP+AC to rebuilt and missing metal and even out areas. METALCLAD CeramAlloy CP+AC is a two component, 100% solids, polymer composite specifically formulated to provide effective repair and rebuilding characteristics on all types of fluid flow equipment. Finally, two coats of CeramAlloy CL+AC were applied internally as well as externally, to provide a long term protection for these critical components.
