Crack Repairs (Reverse Osmosis tank)

This brewery concrete tank suffered from various cracks. ENECON Mesogios solution was ENECRETE DuraFill polymer system incorporated with local aggregate in order to seal all cracks.

Preparation included opening well all cracks, cleaning them to free from loose sand and dust.

Then we applied one layer of plain DuraFill resin in order to work as primer and then we applied DuraFill in the form of filler. The fact that we use no water or cement, gives our work an advantage.

It is very versatile. It exhibits extraordinary adhesion to virtually any type of mineral substrate as well as most metals. It has excellent compressive strength, impact resistance as well as thermal shock resistance.
