Brewing Company in Cyprus Solves Floor Problems with ENECLAD and CHEMCLAD

One of the largest brewing companies in Cyprus invited us for spot repairs where the floor had failed at their bottling plant area. The main reason for the appearance of such cracks is the presence of caustic soda as well as acid that comes out from the bottling machines. Therefore, the provided solution must contain a long-lasting protection for such areas, in addition to the repair of the cracks.

The process:

After sanding/grinding and cleaning the floor, all cracks were repaired with ENECRETE DuraFill with locally sourced quartz sand added in. On the areas where the chemical liquids were stagnated, our experienced personnel created inclination in order to avoid situations like these after the restart of production. In addition, we were asked to form two incline ramps to make it easier for the forklifts to be loaded and unloaded, thus ENECRETE DuraFill provided solution for this case as well.

Afterwards, all areas that had chemicals dropped from the production process, were coated with two coats of CHEMCLAD GP.
