Ship’s sewage impellers overhaul

A company with ships servicing Greece and Cyprus, wanted to end the problem with constantly having to replace impellers servicing their sewage operation for the vessels.

After trying one, they on a constant basis now providing ENECON Mesogios Ltd with their impellers for an overhaul.

Once we receive the impellers, we grit blast them in order to achieve a rough and white metal finish. Any rebuilding is done to perfection using both of our paste high performance polymers i.e. CeramAlloy CP+AC and DurAlloy.

Finally, we coat to protect them with CeramAlloy CL+AC.

Truly a perfect example of a REPAIR DON’T REPLACE.
