Project Goal
To seal holes and protect
- Products Used CeramAlloy CL+AC and CeramAlloy CP+AC

This impeller from a pig farm was out of operation. The numerous holes made the operation impossible. Client was to throw it away until he was approached by one of our representatives and was informed by what the ENECON products can do.
Our steps included:
- Grit blasting
- Resurfacing / rebuilding with CeramAlloy CP+AC
- Sanding to desired shape
- Coating twice to protect and enhance performance and sustainability to abrasion with CeramAlloy CL+AC.
Job done! Result? Happy client!
