Here are a few corrosion/erosion problems that ENECON UAE had to find solutions for with some of our finest products!
DurAlloy 2 component mix and apply polymer paste material was used to rebuild the muff coupling followed by two coats our CeramAlloy CL+AC.
Tail shaft which was repaired with DurAlloy was also protected with CeramAlloy CL+AC, first with Gray color and topped off with blue.
Finally a pump casing went through a complete ENECON protection. After grit blasting, any rebuilding was done using CeramAlloy CP+AC followed by two coats of CeramAlloy CL+AC.
