After years of use this Northern California Wastewater Treatment Facility vacuum truck, was suffering from extreme corrosion.
The Local ENECON Field Engineering Specialist was called in to provide a long term solution to this problem. A problem that almost every vacuum truck experiences in this industry.
The tank’s surface was prepared by high pressure washing and grit blasting being careful to properly protect the vital inner hydraulic components.
Severely pitted areas were rebuilt with METALCLAD CeramAlloy CP+AC, followed by two coats of CHEMCLAD SC to provide optimal chemical protection.
